WatchTower Intake Procedure*
The Watchtower intake process is a structured assessment designed to establish a clear understanding of the customer’s existing Cloudflare environment. If Black Talon or a Cronos subsidiary did not handle the implementation, this step ensures all required access, documentation, and configuration insights are in place. It includes account access validation, architectural review, and a technical intake interview to clarify objectives, identify potential gaps, and prepare the environment for effective ongoing monitoring and support.

General Responsibilities
Ongoing support includes environment oversight, best practice alignment, usage tracking, feature recommendations, training, and documentation of significant configuration changes.
Health Review
Health reviews provide performance and security analysis, hands-on optimisation, risk identification, configuration tuning, and actionable reporting based on Cloudflare’s best practices.
On-Demand Configuration Changes
On-demand configuration changes cover DNS, firewall, WAF, Zero Trust policies, load balancing, redirects, caching, SSL/TLS settings, and origin server updates.
