Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) is like having a strict digital bouncer for every app or system you try to access. The intake process for Workspace Security is a structured pre-deployment assessment designed to prepare the customer’s environment for a successful Zero Trust rollout. It establishes the technical and strategic foundation needed to implement Cloudflare’s ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, Email Security, and CASB solutions. The process includes a.o. validating account access, reviewing the existing network and identity architecture, and conducting a technical intake interview to understand user workflows, application landscape, and security objectives. This ensures all preconditions for deployment are in place, uncovers potential integration challenges, and aligns the implementation roadmap with the customer’s operational needs and security priorities.
